1. Custom Graphic Design & Collateral

• Custom Graphic Design (General): Starting at $75 AUD

Covers custom vector work, line art, or specialized branding assets.

• Business Cards (Double-Sided): $90 AUD

Print-ready layout tailored to the author’s brand suite.

2. Author Merchandise Design

• Custom Merchandise Image Design: $85 AUD

Includes T-shirts, tote bags, phone cases, magnets, stickers, postcards, bookmarks, posters, and temporary tattoos formatted to print vendor specs.

3. Marketing & Digital Banners

• Web, Social Media, or Platform Banners: $45 AUD

Facebook cover, X/Twitter header, website hero banner, or newsletter graphic.

• Teaser / Social Media Promotional Graphics: $35 AUD each or 3 for $90 AUD

4. Large-Format Event Media

• Printable Exhibition / Pull-Up Banner: $150 AUD

High-resolution, vector/print-ready design structured for large-scale book signings and conventions.

Urgent project fee
If you're on a tight turnaround (under a week), A $50 AUD rush fee may be applied on an as-needed basis.

Extra revision fee
If your project requires more than three rounds of revisions, an additional fee of $50 AUD per revision round will apply. You will be notified and this will be agreed upon with you via email prior to any extra work commencing.

Book cover title change
Pilcrow charges $100 AUD to correct/change/amend your book title following supply of final files.

Other fees
The price of your project may also increase depending on the complexity of your requirements, resources used, and hours worked.

Invoice non-payment fee (after 48 hours)
Payment is to be received immediately upon agreement of final look, and once your invoice has been sent. Late payment will be charged interest at a rate of $20 per day (after 48 hours).

Please have your payment ready for your booking. Late payment may result in further fees and a possible termination of service and/or refusal of future projects.
